Our lending and insurance business are growing, and we have a number of positions to fill. These positions will support our conventional and portfolio mortgage business.
How We Work – Virtual Model
We have a virtual, work from home staffing model. A number of our team members are stay-at-home parents who want a professional role with flexible hours. We look for people with college degrees and either sales or sales support experience. Candidates do not need experience in the lending business. Our role often allow team members who elect to work full-time earn more than comparable roles at other lenders. We need self-starters who are willing to roll up their sleeves to learn the business.
We are recruiting for the following roles:
- Marketing Manager (remote role – 20 Hour Per week part time): We’re looking for a part time marketing manager to drive our online marketing campaigns, develop marketing content for our websites/landing pages, optimize our sites for organic SEO, manage our google ad campaigns, grow our social media marketing efforts, and perform other marketing tasks. We are looking for someone with a mix of traditional brand marketing skills who can bring our marketing plan to life on our mortgage related websites and online add campaigns. Online marketing experience is vital since we do very little traditional off-line marketing. Experience using online market tools like Word Press, Mail Chimp, Google Adwords, and CRM systems are needed.
- Loan Officer (remote role – full or part time): This is a 100% sales role. Our Loan Officers provide loan quotes and lending solutions to customers who come to our website. We receive a large volume of online leads and need loan officers to sell loans to these clients. We also need loan officers who can build relationships with Realtors and other contacts in their local community. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. Candidates will need to obtain a loan originator license for this role.
